Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming to this nail salon for years. Came in today for full pedi and mani. Don was my person .. I chose a color for my toes and told him I wanted silver bling. The color ended up being too dark and I told him after he painted the 2nd toe. He immediately got an attitude and told me I picked it. Yes I did but it’s not good so I’m paying please use the lighter one. He stomped away .. came back removed and started with the right color but with a attitude.. then after painting all .. he brings out white.. I asked for silver and bling.. ?? White and more attitude. I say forget it.. I’ll pay for the pedi.. spoke with the manager who offered someone else to fix.. I was so disappointed and upset.. And when it was almost time for me to get my nails done, Tim had a whole fit about how I praised the other guy and he didn’t want to do my nails. And I explained to him it didn’t matter who did them, I just needed to leave. Tim continued denying me service, I cussed him out got and left. Tim which is the owner was very unprofessional, was listen to me while I was talking another customer talking about the other male worker. And when it was almost time for me to get my nails done, Tim had a whole fit about how I praised the other guy and he didn’t want to do my nails.
