This place is quite far from the city or any suburbs but TOTALLY worth the drive! Staff are always friendly and professional. Also really economical compared to the nail salons near the city. LGBT+ friendly.

I came in last week for a full set. They said no appt. I came in yesterday (Sat) full set they said no appt for full set . He said come Bach tomorrow. Today I came in as soon as they open at 12, only myself and another person. He asked if i had an appointment. He said he could do it at 1. I said i was here yesterday and you said come back.

They do good nail, but if you want design do not go here they only know like two design. I still like my nails and they last long, but it gets boring picking the same thing over and over again. Not their fault just a little upsetting if you want to do something different

This place was my go to even though the little guy in the front has always been extremely dry and bothered by other peoples presence, which is business for him. He is completely put out just by you walking in the door. He is so quick to tell you that they can’t do your nails. For a couple of years it clearly says “walk ins welcome” on the door, but you best make an appt because even if they aren’t busy, it’s apparent that walk-ins are not welcome. I’ve made a few appointments, but his attitude sucks. I’ll never go back there. Nail Star across the street next to Publix is absolutely amazing. Why didn’t i start going there first! They are super nice and super clean.

If your looking for quality service, where staff will take their time and provide quality service, nail care and hospitality, this is NOT the nail salon for you. If your looking for a rushed, half job, staff who can barely greet you or appear to be pleasant/friendly, this is the place for you. Never again.

Critical: Quality, ValueI sent my girlfriend in and she was looking to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Before any of the gel pedicure was done, she asked if there would be enough paint to be able to do both her manicure and pedicure in the same colors and was told yes. After her pedicure was already done, she was told that the color they used was out and that she needed to choose another color for the design she wanted. The person doing her manicure suggested she choose black, so she agreed and was told they could do the design she wanted. Before leaving the store, the design was already streaking and the paint was running together. She asked if they could just repaint the few nails solid black, and even then she left with the paint uneven/lumpy.
