I called both Saturday & today to make an appointment for this upcoming week after being told on Saturday to call Monday to verify the availability for this week which didn’t make sense onto why she couldn’t just make my appointment for today. I called this morning to ask about tomorrow or sometime this week & let her know SHE told me to call back today & she proceeded to tell me”No i didn’t goodbye”. Very unprofessional & rude for someone who owns a business.

Horrible customer service I did make an appointment for 1 o’clock. I had an emergency at work I called to let them know I won’t be able to make it. My phone call was ignored six times. To then receive a call the next day her bashing me because I didn’t call to cancel my appointment. I tried to explain to her that I did call and she proceeded to continue to bash me and then hangs up on me. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Nails are done great and prices are very reasonable. I’m only writing this because at some point when I did a review, I think I accidentally clicked 2 stars when I meant to give 5. Honestly didn’t even remember posting it until I received a response from the owner saying I was looking for free service which is NOT true. In the few times I have gone there, I have never once complained of their prices. It’s the cheapest place I can find for a job well done. I’m only giving 4 stars because they said I was hard to work with which is also untrue. I’m always nice and respectful to them when I go in there, and they are also usually nice to me.

Love them!! The only place I go to get my nails done! Peaceful environment and great conversation always! They do an amazing job with nails! Best nail place ever ! Just make sure you call and make an appointment….theh can be a bit busy at times. Thank you guys for always making me feel at home and always slaying my nails!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWhen I went to infinity nails they had multiple costumers that came in and it wasn’t even the right place this is supposedly a “walk in” rejected multiple people they started working on my gels somebody else walked in they stopped doing mine and went on to finish hers before mines mind you I am paying these people for my nails they went between people without washing their hands and they were not wearing masks they do not know how toDo designs either and the guy was so unprofessional i was there for so long worst experience!! I love Chistine and David! Comfortable atmosphere for those who like getting treated as you should when getting nails etc done. Theyve done the best job out of the salons in this area. I wont go anywhere else unless i move.
