Infinity Nail Spa – Professional Nail Salon

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in on a Thursday to get a full set and by Monday one of my nails came off so I called in and told them how my nail came off and I haven’t done anything for this to happen. The nice receptionist said to come in that evening at 6, which I did. I waited for about 20 minutes or so and told them I had to leave to have dinner she said she would call me if anything changed well she did call me and we settled for me to come in the next morning at 10 am. I came in and waited 21 minutes (this time I kept track) I decided to take off because that was twice that I make an appointment and they have me waiting for one nail! By that evening my thumb nail came off and by the next day my nails were so thin that they were just coming off. I will post a picture so you can see how thin they were. I didn’t realize how thin my nails were until my sister noticed them and said how cheap they looked no wonder they were coming off. This was my second time coming in. The first time I had a good experience but this last time I was there was horrible. I don’t blame it on the whole salon I’m sure there’s good people who know how to do their job. I blame it on the tech who helped me that didn’t care too much to do a good job for me to come back. I won’t be returning to this place. I came in on a Thursday to get a full set and by Monday one of my nails came off so I called in and told them how my nail came off and I haven’t done anything for this to happen. The nice receptionist said to come in that evening at 6, which I did.
