Infinity is a beautiful salon. It’s so nice and clean, i don’t even feel like i’m in Springfield. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I went in for the first time about 6 weeks ago the guy that did my nails was nice but my nails were not done very good. I get my nails done every three weeks, so 3 weeks later I go back in to get them done. I told the lady at the desk I was unsatisfied, that I would give the guy one more try, but if he messed up again no more. So I did and my nails broke immediately after, I called to go back and get them fixed. They tried to say that it was because my nails were old. They tried to put me with the same guy again I said no and they had another lady do it. They fixed my nails and the very next day one of the nails the lady fixed popped completely off like I had bought it from Walmart. Ever since 2 more of the nails she fixed complete just broke off, and one of my original nails broke as well. I called them back because I was hoping they would be nice and at-least give me a coupon or take a percent off my next visit, and all the guy did was over talk me and say he knows me from before and basically they weren’t going to do anything for me and that the owner himself wouldn’t care that he doesn’t care about anything. I am a loyal customer I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks and I always tip. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Posting photos of the brand new nails that they supposedly fixed!

I work in customer service and i have so much patience and truly never ever complain so this is hard for me, but so needed. I got a pedicure, and the woman did not say anything to me. No hello, hi, how are you, etc. No customer service skills at all. Nothing. She genuinely made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. When i needed to move my foot a certain way, she would just tap on my feet repeatedly and just not say anything. So i was unsure on which direction she wanted me to go sometimes. The hot towels were not even on my legs for a whole minute. I was in and out in 30 mins. No soaking, no relaxing, nothing. They offer complimentary drinks, which is amazing and i heard every nail tech offer their client a drink and she did not. She cut my toes down so much, that my toes are throbbing and one even bled a little bit. Completely ruined a self care moment for me. Beautiful salon though. But i am begging please get a better pedicure tech or train her more adequately.

I was always so afraid to go and get my nails done because I never seemed to like the way they turned out no matter where I went. Then I kept seeing people post about this new nail salon and how great it was so I had to go see for myself. When I tell you I will never go anywhere else ever again I mean it. It’s so pretty inside and HAI is definitely my favorite. He’s done designs that I never thought were achievable. Every time I walk in there with some crazy design he seems to do it! So if your like me and you’re scared you won’t get those perfect nails go down to infinity nail spa and ask for HAI!

Terrible first impression. I was super excited to try out this new salon everyone’s talked about… it’s absolutely beautiful inside but the service I got today sucked. I wanted my toes and nails painted. Sounds super simple right? Well since i didn’t get a mani/pedi they had no desire to completely take off my previous black nail polish I had on before. I didn’t mind what I needed to pay to get my nails to look right but they didn’t want to fix it. They told me the black on the sides (my cuticles) would just wash off. We all know black doesn’t just wash off. My mom and I left the salon unsatisfied after paying and we don’t plan to return.
