I just want to start by saying that it was my first time here and that things started off good I got a manicure pedicure combo I asked for French tip for my manicure and gel which I know has a charge every where and I went with regular polish for my toes but I previously had gel that needed yo be removed when it came time to pet I saw a $10 charge when I asked they told me they charge for gel removal which no one informed me if I was in shock because I’ve never been charged for that before she then went on to tell me that if I would have gotten gel again there wouldn’t be a charge which makes no sense I think that there should be better communication to what they are charging customers especially when I told them it was my first time there every other place I’ve been too has always communicated their prices or charges for adds on, then I looked at the price chart and no where did I see there was a fee for that! Safe to say this was one of the worst experience. Also update I got my nails done Saturday and Sunday one of my nails had already chipped. Definitely not with the price

It’s been 3 years since I’ve had a mani and pedi (Covid hermit) and my nails needed some TLC! Linh did my pedi and Diep did my mani. Both ladies did an amazing job. Linh gave the best massage. The salon was clean and had a relaxing vibe. Thanks for the pampering today! You’ve gained a new regular! I just had a wonderful mani-pedi experience here. Everything was clean and the ladies were kind and friendly. They offer a complimentary drink with their excellent service. Prices are posted on their webpage so you know what to expect.

Super clean and nice salon! They are decorating the shop by season and holiday so it is always something new and beautiful. If you don’t wanna wait for long I would recommend making appointment or come in during weekday, mid afternoon. Acrylic nails with design were $122 and a regular pedi with shellac were $53. I got what I paid for. They were professional and quality is great. Plus their lemonade was delish .

My tech is wonderful. She always does a great job on my nails. I can show her a picture or describe what I want and she makes it happen. It’s nice to get exactly what I want I get my nails done.

I used to get my nails done here pretty often, about once every month and it was Leo who usually did them. He’s amazing, absolutely zero complaints about him. He was always lovely, professional, and extremely talented. My problem lies with the manager (her name is Vi, I believe.) The last two times I went here she was rushing Leo the entire time and even made him stop in the middle of my set to continue with hers, which is ridiculous. She proceeded to tell him to charge me $190 for a super simple set because she was angry that he decided to take his time with me when it’s clearly her fault as she always overbooks him. I speak Vietnamese (they weren’t aware) and even he was appalled at how much she told him to charge me. Leo on his own is easily 5 stars. He needs new management for sure, or to venture out on his own. I’d gladly pay any price for him if not for the awful management he seems to be under.
