This was my first time here and I came as a walk-in for a dip manicure- and I am so happy I tried them out! The salon itself was super clean and new. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming. My nail tech took his time on the manicure, which I actually appreciate since he really focused on the details. My manicure turned out wonderfully. Everyone was very hospitable, I got asked if I would like a drink or some water more than once. I felt that the prices were a bit higher than other nail salons in the area, but I will gladly pay a few dollars more for better quality. I will absolutely be back!

P is my absolute favorite when I get nails done. I typically get dip powder. He did an amazing job. The only down side is they’re a bit pricey BUT everything everywhere is going up in cost so I suppose I can’t really blame the business. Anywho I always get my toes done here as well and always enjoy it. Some people are rude or you can tell they’re judging /laughing at you but the ones who are great there make it worth it. P being one of them.

Very friendly employees. Got ultimate pedicure and a $100 gift card for my wife. Enjoyed sitting in the massage chair with a commplemtary glass of wine. Kid friendly (kids menu), background music wasn’t over bearing, clean Solon. I’d recommend Infinity Nail Bar to anyone.

I usually go to the mall to get my nails done but I wanted to try somewhere new so I decided to try this place. I read some reviews online and had really high hopes. The place was very clean and the people were friendly. I am very pleased with the establishment and my experience overall was good, im just not pleased with the work. I asked for French tip nails and instead of white tips I wanted pink and I wanted them coffin shaped. My left hand looks pretty much like the photo I showed her but some of the line work on the tips is uneven and my right hand is very chunky and the nails are crooked and the lady cut the skin on 2 of my fingers.I definitely don’t think the work was worth $87 and even though she cut my skin and I wasn’t too pleased with my nails I still tipped her. So my total ended up being $100. I was very excited to try this place and I’m just a little disappointed that my nails turn out the way they did. I would recommend going if you’re looking for friendly, fast service for a mani or pedi but I would not recommend if you’re looking to get acrylics.

We had an appointment at 5:30, due to specifically asking to be kept together and served beverages. We arrived by 5:30 and we were told to check in on tablets without being able to consult with an artist. As soon as someone came up, they told us they were unable to do 4 acrylic sets (despite us specifically requesting acrylic sets). The technicians then proceeded to split up our group (my bridal party) immediately. The three of us getting pedicures were ushered into chairs with one technician while the other member was sent to get her manicure by another technician. We waited in pedicure chairs for quite some time before someone began working on our toes, with the longest wait being over 1 hour (hers didn’t start until the 1st ended). I was put in incredibly hot water for well over 30 minutes. The actually pedicure was nice though. When my pedicure ended I was brought to get my acrylic set (2 others had to do gel extensions instead). My nails were made shorter than I requested, without my consultation before the cut was made. The color is also not what I requested and I was not consulted before the exchange was made. On top of it all, my cuticle was cut and bleeding and my cuticles requiring cleaning up weren’t. I will not be returning.

I let the fancy looking sign grab my attention and give me the false sense of a great experience. Mind you, the inside is beautiful and clean but it was also empty except with me being one of 4 in the place. Many nail techs sitting around…even one sleeping in a pedicure chair. I selected the Infinity Pedicure and Infinity Manicure, both with Mike. We started with the pedicure. No offer of any wine, tea or coffee to set the experience into motion. Just all business, which felt like I was more of a nuisance, which I could expect if I randomly popped in before closing but it was 3pm. Foot bath was cold water. The massage was a lot of rubbing my calf and shin. Closest to a foot massage was grabbing the toes a few times. Mike just seemed uninterested in anything, especially making this a nice experience. Next was the manicure. No cleaning up the nail beds where some hangnails were, but still managed to make my cuticles bleed. Massage was better but nothing to write home about. After all that, I wasn’t too surprised when the polished started to chip 24 hours later. Thankfully, I am only visiting the area and can get my nails redone by experts soon.

Beautiful facility, great service by Leah (Feet) and Nam (hands), and POOR MANAGEMENT by P: My mom and I scheduled an appointment 1 month ahead during a previous service in June 2022. We showed up 6 minutes late during the pouring down rain and P informed us that he had advised Leah to take the next customer. I confronted P (owner) to ensure I understood him correctly. When I asked him about him and his staff being over 30 minutes behind during the previous 2 appointments he told me he had a party of 5 come in and he didn’t want to make them wait.
