Great salon! Super friendly and knowledgeable stylists. Our most recent visit was a milestone for my 7 year old neice, who typically doesn’t do well with the salon experience, however she was comforted with Miss Linda’s kind demeanor and even commented that she enjoyed the messaging shampoo she received. Thank you Linda and staff for another excellent experience. Mara’s haircut was perfect.

HORRIBLE. I came in and asked for Balayage, which i provided pictures of. I have NEVER put color in my hair before so she had a blank canvas to work with. Throughout the process she never set a timer when putting chemicals and bleach on my hair and at the end, she said she was surprised my hair turned out so well. She did not blow dry my hair because i had another appointment to go to so I had no idea how bad it looked until I looked in the mirror after it dried. Instead of what I asked for, I just had these HORRIBLE bleach blonde and brassy blonde in my hair. On top of that, my dark brown hair just had that awful blonde in a stripe in the back. There was absolutely NO blending and on top of that, there was no color added to the sides of my hair. When I looked in the mirror, my sides were my normal color but in the back, it was bleach blonde. There was no blending done at all. My hair was stripped. On top of that, the location is unsafe. Someone was murdered in the parking lot while I was there. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I had to go to a different salon today to get this disaster fixed. I have been here for 5 hours and they still aren’t done repairing all the damage done to my hair at Infinity Salon. The blonde they put in was way over processed and completely fried my hair on top of looking terrible. My ends are fuzzy and breaking off. As I stated before, I never have put color on my hair, i don’t use heat on my hair, so my hair was in great shape before Infinity Salon touched it. I had hair down to the mid point on my back but it has had to be cut up to my shoulders due to the HORRIBLE damage. I had to pay Infinity Salon $140 and now I have to pay more than $400 to fix all the damage they did!!! Absolutely AWFUL. My simple hair request has now cost me over half a grand!!!! It is unconsciounable the hair dresser let me leave that way with all the damage to my hair. Even if they had offered to fix my hair for free, I would NOT have let them touch it again after this. If the hair stylist didnt know what she was doing to start with, no way she would know how to do it correctly a second time. Overall, the hair stylist was unprofessional, unskilled, and the salon is in an unsafe area l have attached photos to show what I asked for versus what I got and before and after pictures from the salon i had to get it fixed at

I just schedule for the keratin blow out which is $75 but when I was there I found out that is not the regular keratin so I switch to $200 that’s linda said. And it takes 24 months straight. After that me and my husband paid $265 including hair cut and $35 dollar said. I followed not to wash my hair for 4 days and my hair becomes like this. Very disappointed I lost job in pandemic and make selling things online. It’s my first time did keratin in salon here. In my country I always have keratin and it’s always worth it. And when I did it by myself it’s more better but it’s hard to do keratin by yourself if you have toddler. Very disappointed with the outcome.

I was really nervous about going somewhere new after 18 years of going to the same hairdresser…after meeting Jenny I was confident I made the right decision. She cut and colored my hair just the way I like it. Plus I really liked the way she styled my hair…I only wished I could do it the same way she did. I have had countless compliments on the color and the cut! Jenny was personable and I look forward to going back. The salon is really cute, clean and relaxing.

Critical: QualityMy daughter received the absolute worst haircut of her life yesterday. I have no training and I would of done a better job then this Stylist. When you ruin your own hair by yourself you can except it but paying someone to destroy it is worse. Receiving a call and photo of my daughter yesterday while I was at work was completely heart wrenching. She had a complete melt down. My stylist is Keri and she is very detailed and a perfectionist. She listens to you and your needs. She has a great personality and is always accommodating as well. I have a lot of hair and am a hard to color Blonde on my roots and takes a lot to make me happy, but she works at it until it is correct and you are happy! She along with Nate is another amazing stylist very good with color, cut and accommodating and great heart!!

I’ve gone here twice now and each time I have had a great experience! The hairstylists really know what they’re doing. This past time I went and had Nate cut my hair.
