They gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. For some reason I didn’t realize it until I got home. She ruined the shape of my pixie and gave me a mild mullet?? Took my son here for his haircut for school and the staff was amazing!! We we walk ins and they took us right away. A wonderful lady named Isabel is the one who cut my son’s hair. She is amazing!! I highly recommend that you book your appointment with her.

My husband n I both were getting haircuts. I went in not sure what exactly what my hair would look like due to a body wave perm. Both my husband and I were in aww of the treatment we received. This business is family owned and operated by mother and daughter. They have the best service we have had out of any place either of us have been in yrs. If it wasnt so far from home we would go back to see them. I would recommend this place to anyone living near or planning a trip to Watkins Glen area.

Neisha really messed up my hair about six months ago. She ruined my layers and basically gave me a mullet. The owner attempted to fix it and gave me free haircuts to compensate for the mistake, but I won’t be using the free haircuts. I dont trust anyone there to cut my hair again! When the owner tried to fix it, my hair only got worse. The bottom was extremely crooked and the layers were uneven. Try Tangles down the street instead! Shelley fixed my hair and is super sweet!
