I’m slightly claustrophobic, so I opted to try the open tank float. I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about the floating experience but knew I wanted to try it again. The second time I opted for the pod and I was was so relaxed that I actually drifted to sleep for a bit! I look forward to going again and enjoying the salt therapy and the sauna as well.

The owner is extremely petty and a little bit on the crazy side. I’ve read her negative reviews and she doesn’t seem to accept responsibility for her past customer’s complaints. She basically says “You’re wrong and this is why.” Not many people in the shopping center like her.

This particular location gives more or so the energy of a tight family unit than a standard workplace, and therapeutic energy is felt not only in the pods but spills over onto the floor when conversing with the employees and other spa members. More directly my last experience was made all the more special by Jackie who’s ability to listen, empathize and help me problem solve made my day all the more special.

My Fiancé bought me a Groupon for a float because he knew how much I loved it when I went to another float spa with my friends. He bought a couples float for us for a fun experience. After 2 times of rescheduling due to weather (driving from near KOP, PA) we FINALLY got to go today!! Cute store, we were very excited and had we been there longer, with my track record, I would have spent a ton of money because they had adorable stuff! Got our tour, even promoted how much I loved my previous floating experience with the other guests that were there inquiring about it. I noticed during the tour that they had a lot of spa options shoved into a very small place with not a lot of privacy, so if you like a more private spa experience, this is NOT it! Anyway, I thought, as long as no one can see me shower and float we are OK and those rooms were nice and private so I didn’t make a big deal. My fiancé and I finally showered and got ready for our float. The second he walked into the tub he was screaming in pain. Naturally I started off by laughing at him but when I saw how inflamed his skin was I realized this was not going to be fun or relaxing and we needed to shower and figure out what to do. Clearly could not force this situation and maybe he was allergic to the amount of epsom salt? Who knows! We rang the help button, the girl came and said no problem, we shower and gather our stuff and go to the lobby. The timid girl said we could use the sauna instead but I had to take the time to blow dry my hair prior. Since he was still burning in pain and we were obviously not relaxed I said it would be best to reschedule. The girl had already spoken to the owner and said she would not honor our Groupon due to cleaning fees since we already used the room! I understand we used the equipment and they needed to clean the room. I gladly would have even paid their “cleaning fees” to have been able to simply use my Groupon value towards a new solo pod float and drive another 2 hours round trip to go myself another day! We were in there no less than 10 minutes, floating less than a minute, mainly the time of the two showers each of us took prior and after our barely 1 minute float.

I was gifted a float session for my birthday, so I thought I’d give it a look. The overal ambiance of the place was super relaxing, the facility was very clean and professional, and they offered many different float options (i.e. open float or enclosed deprivation tank). I went with the enclosed option, and I absolutely loved my experience!

I was incredibly embarrassed and find their behavior unbelievably unprofessional. I absolutely love this place! It’s impeccably clean and so calming. The floats are a great treat and my new go to for relaxing is the infrared sauna. The place is heaven and the owner and people who work there are all very kind and helpful.
