I’ve always had a great experience with my wax every-time I’ve gone but the past 2-3 times I called for an appointment the person that answers is extremely rude. They pick up the phone and don’t even introduce themselves they just say “hello”. I asked for an appointment 2 times for a wax and each time the person that answers says no sorry no availability and doesn’t even bother to check the schedule or ask if I’d like to come a different day. Seems like they don’t want business.

Laura was really nice and tried to figure out what I wanted. I gave her free rein and she did a fantastic job. I love my new haircut and will definitely go back as a regular client.
