I went to get my acrylic nails removed and wanted a fresh new full set. The guy that was removing my old set off was drilling the acrylic so fast he wasn’t paying attention and drilled into my real nail as you can see on my pointer finger. They focus so much on getting as many clients in and don’t take the time and patience to deliver quality work. The guy who did it was the oldest man I do not know his name and I later got attended by a different man after I complained.

I had a really poor experience at this salon. The guy that did my nails did not speak to me the entire time, a little over an hour. It made me really uncomfortable. He also cut me four times with the files and drills. My nails are super sloppy, there was extra acrylic under my nails I had to get out myself. There’s nail polish on my cuticles. I’ll literally never come back. You get what you pay for I guess. I feel like I wasted 70 dollars.

Great place for nails. I like intricate designs and T. Never disappoints. Having just moved from Chicago, I searched all over town to find my nail shop in BC. This is the only place that could hold a candle to the quality work I’m used to. Great job ladies!

The people were nice but the entire service was rushed and mediocre. I got a deluxe shellac mani and pedi (the most expensive) and he didn’t even cut or file my nails. I left with chipped paint, uneven nails and a messy paint job. Spent a little over $100 and the worst mani pedi I have ever had. They were friendly though lol.

The women do an amazing job! I do think they should communicate more with each other on prices. I paid almost 70 for a full set and didn’t get tips on all my nails. 5 nails were all mine.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityToday I went to infinity nails for the first time. Honestly, I’ll probably never go back. The man who did my nails was very rough when working on me. Every time he went to file it hurt so bad that I was holding back tears the whole time! To top it off the acrylic does not go to the edges of my nails to the point that there’s a noticeable gap all the way around my nails. It looks like I’ve had them for a while like there grown out but I just got them today (7/6/21)Even after asking if the green on my nails would cover the patchy white that was put under the neon green I was told that it would cover it and not be patchy. I hate my nails. 70 for my nails not to fit and to be patchy!! I still tipped even after all of that. Today I went to infinity nails for the first time. Honestly, I’ll probably never go back. The man who did my nails was very rough when working on me. Every time he went to file it hurt so bad that I was holding back tears the whole time! Today was my first time in. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable and everyone was super friendly! I sat down right away and T did a phenomenal job!! I love this business so much!! Tara, the owner, has been doing my nails for several years and I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism and skill! All of the other nail techs are just as awesome as she is too! The shop is clean and well maintained! There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere when you walk in that makes you feel welcome! I highly recommend Infiniti Nails!!
