I have been to Infinite Youth twice. The first time was flawless, outcome and experience was exactly what I wanted. When it was time for me to get my lips done again I waited too late to make an appointment and I could not get in, in time for an event I wanted to go to, So I looked for another option. I found someone else at another spa who had top reviews and I felt comfortable and made an app. She had me in and out in 15 minutes not including numbing. No exaggerating. I was left with uneven lips and not the look I wanted and a hard lump. So I waited until I felt the filler had mostly wore off and made an appointment with Infinite Youth again. Jules did the consultation and told me we could not do filler because I have a spot on my lip where the previous tech actually put filler behind my lip not where it should be, this was the hard lump I have been feeling. She said that if I went ahead with filler I would not get the look I wanted and I need to wait until the old filler is gone before getting more.I already knew that they had the skill here to give me beautiful lips but to experience them putting my best interests ahead of making a sale made me feel like I hit the jackpot with med spas. I’ve toyed around with the idea of getting filler in a few other places over the years but I have such a fear of looking over done Ive always limited myself to lips. After this experience with Infinite Youth, I am going to forge ahead on my beauty quest and try some of thing I’ve wanted to for so long …. because I know that I can trust them to tell me the truth about what I’m wanting done and if it is a good idea or not. I’m more vain than I like to admit so being able to put my full trust in someone with my looks really is priceless to me. Also something I’ve noticed with them, they are consistently patient with me. I’ve never felt rushed which is nice and a complete contrast from my experience with the other place I tried.

I purchased two vouchers from Groupon. One was for Botox and the other for Juviderm. After several days of trying to schedule an appointment and leaving a couple of messages I was contacted by the business. I was stunned to be informed that I was responsible for paying gratuities AND taxes!!!!! Gratuities are generally paid for a service well done (which i normally happily pay) but I’ve never been told i was required to pay them. Shouldn’t that be up to me? If that wasn’t tacky enough, i was then told i had to pay an addition ‘tax’ on the Botox of over $50 plus another $90 plus dollars on the Juviderm for TAXES. What??????

They literally do not answer or return phone calls. I am trying to book for my mom’s birthday and my mother wanted to know what would be the best facial for her concerns. We have been calling for days—no response and no return call. You are not that busy and you have to have a receptionist. If not, hire one. I’m literally wasting my time right now to drive over there when I probably should just book somewhere else.

I was about to buy a Groupon to try them since I just moved here. I am super hesitant now after reading these reviews. It’s NOT good. And the owner only answered one of these reviews and it was one of (The few) positive ones. Yikes!! Not good business guys! There’s a ton of options out there guys.
