When you first walk in it seems to be a decent nail salon. My experience was nowhere near decent. My pedicure was rushed so she could tend to a regular. She dug so deep into my toe that I was bleeding. She didn’t even bother to apologize. My manicure was so badly done I left and went to get them redone elsewhere. I would not advise going to this nail salon.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but this nail salon was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I came here to get my nails done the young girl who works there did my nails they were done very badly they looked terrible they broke the same day and she cut me several times a piece of my actual nail came off it was extremely painful. I went back to fix it and they refused to do so. So I made a complaint & asked for my money back they refused to give me my money back. They are very rude with terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends or family .

I would not recommend this place. It took over 3 hours to get my nails & pedicure. The employee assumed what color I wanted for my pedicure and injured my toe. Very painful!

Came here for first time as I was recommended that their service is exceptional. However, it did not meet my expectations. I waited 1 hour to be seated for a pedicure, waited an additional 40 minutes to get serviced. It took a total of 5 hours to get my pedicure and manicure. Not good will not return. Rude n they tell u 1 price n its different. I spend $83 nails feet eyebrow design on 2 big toes n gel on nails. Over price.

Seems like a nice clean place and wait time is not bad. I can’t speak for the service as I had a gentleman do my manicure and pedicure. It was difficult for him to understand the colors I was asking him for. Overall communication with this man was not good and he cut me. I’ve never been cut before getting my nails done. If you come here ask for anyone else but him. Itll probably go better than it went for me. Overall IF I ever decide to come back….I will make sure I get service from someone else.

The staff pick and choose who they want to give good customer service to. If they don’t like you they are insulting, rough, and purposely do a half job. I’ve been here twice and observed this. A woman continuously offered other services even after I refused the first time. I told her I just wanted acrylic. She called me cheap and skinned my finger with the hand drill after I asked the man doing my feet if he could cut my nail lower. I simply gathered my things and walked out. The energy in this place is very negative. If you have never been here, I would suggest you come with a friend.

Parking is a pain! I recommend coming when they open. The lot is shared with other businesses so it gets crowded. Service is good, wait time isn’t more than 20min. I appreciated being acknowledged when I walked in. Restroom was clean. Great selection of polish colors. I’ve been here several times, haven’t had a bad experience.
