I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. My hair took some time but it was reasonable considering what I wanted done. Aura listened to what I wanted and did an AMAZING job. I’m so in love with my hair, it has never looked better! I would 100% recommend this place and will be coming back!

Would give less if I could. Made an appointment for 3 pm with Aura. However when arriving and waiting for 10 minutes, I politely ask how much longer and they tell me 35 minutes so my 3 pm appointment somehow became 3:45 pm and having to leave work for this. They proceeded to say foul things in espanol that is not suitable for google. Then they were petty and ignored me. They do not value their customers or their customers’ time!

Horrible experience and services. Thought she understood what to do but then cut way too short and color was off. Had to go to another stylist to get it fixed. Plus the inside of the shop was filthy and seemed unsanitary. Should have left when I saw this.

Horrible customer service and staff will speak foul of customers in Spanish when they don’t agree. Thankfully, didn’t get a haircut since asking when my turn would be since I made an appointment but they continued to take other walk ins.
