Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhen I went here I really wasn’t loving my hair. It was dry and pretty lifeless. I went in to color match my extensions and Carmen (and her mentor) decided a partial highlight would be best along with a gloss treatment. Carmen did AMAZING. Not only does the color blend with my extensions seamlessly, but it was so much softer. When I went here I really wasn’t loving my hair. It was dry and pretty lifeless. I went in to color match my extensions and Carmen (and her mentor) decided a partial highlight would be best along with a gloss treatment. Carmen did AMAZING. I’ve been using aveda salons for about 6 years now. They come in all shapes and sizes. This one is closest to my house outside of Dillard’s. First off, parking is practically non existent. If you have an appointment during normal business hours you might end up looking the streets for a parking spot. Second the lobby is very tiny, so if they are very busy you feel in the way. Outside of that I’ve never been disappointed. I absolutely love Rosie, who does my hair, but I’d go to another location if she wasn’t there.

I went here really nervous about getting my hair cut. I’ve always been one that has had long hair and freaked out about just getting a trim. However, I booked an appointment with Brooke and she was amazing. I showed her ideas of what I wanted. She explained me what she was going to do and gave her opinion about my hair. This was my first experience going to a salon for a cut ever in my life and Kaylee did not disappoint! I was coming in after growing my hair out from being shaved. Kaylee took the time to help me figure out what I was looking for in a style and taught me how to maintain my new look.
