Amazing stylists with a nightmare of a front desk. Appointments are constantly being moved, cancelled because time wasn’t properly blocked off, or even booked with the wrong stylist. It detracts from the professionalism of the salon. As soon as we find a comparable talent in town, we will take our business elsewhere. If the stylists take any pride in their reputation, I would encourage them to work someplace else before this salon tarnishes it.

A great salon. Clean, chic, modern and full of talented hair stylists. I first went in for a very difficult color correction, and I left with truly perfect silver blonde hair and a fresh cut. My stylist Rebecca was so patient as she transformed my hair from embarrassing to incredibly stylish. Now I return for root touch ups and trims and have yet to be disappointed. It is a pricey salon but you get what you pay for, and I got excellence.

I recently relocated to Syracuse from New Orleans to participate business program. I have been here for a month without finding a salon. Before stopping into Industry I visited two other salons, where before even knowing my hair texture they just told me they couldn’t take me as a client. After feeling really discouraged and reluctant, My co-worker suggested stoping in industry. Her suggestion came simply because the store front seemed welcoming! LOL Inside we meet Chris (Such a nice guy) who then referred me to Ms. Leslie! In minutes had an appointment time. Yesterday was my appointment and I am extremely thrilled! Not only was the staff extremely nice and engaging, Ms Leslie did an amazing job with my hair! (fyI- I am a fully natural with More than 18inches of hair) I can not Thank her enough!!!!! My blow out looks amazing!! I am looking forward to booking my follow up appointment. Anyone who has something negative to say is either lying or had a off day. Industry salon truly made this Southern Belle fell right at home.. Perfect prices, Perfect people, Perfect hair!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

I read the reviews and I have had a really hard time finding a good hair dresser in Syracuse. I made an appointment to have a full foil done and hair cut, which was reiterated with I sat down with my stylist. I said I wanted honey blonde highlights and showed a picture. She did the foils and whatnot and then sat me in the room where they wash your hair. Did not tell me she was putting a single process in my hair and I was charged an additional $100 dollars for this. She washed and dried my hair. The highlights were a stereotypical blonde color which no one would categorize as honey. She cut my hair basically straight across with scissors and did not give me blowout. I was charged $250.00.

Don’t care for this salon what so ever. I’ve tried twice and still not happy. First time, it seemed beneath the woman to only cut my bangs (but that was all i needed and wanted at the time). Second time, I show up maybe 2-3 minutes before my appointment and ‘Matthew’ comes over and says, ‘give me a couple minutes, would you like some coffee?’ I said no but he proceeded anyway to the back room and talked to his colleague about what products to buy on amazon for 15-20 minutes while I just sat there waiting. At one point he even stepped out from behind the wall to see if I was still there! I was so ticked off that I just walked out.
