I had no problem purchasing a gift card on line. Making an appointment to use it is a different matter. My husband has placed 3 calls to schedule a massage and has not received a call back. The on line scheduler does not work. The exact same thing happened in November when my husband purchased a gift card for me. I did finally have my massage then but the hassle with this business has completely ruined the experience.

Najah is the BEST massage therapist in Charles county HANDS DOWN. She is so thoughtful and really cares about her clients. She is purposeful with every touch. She really know what she is doing. I love the spa. It is calm, tranquil and BEAUTIFUL. Each room has lovely touches such as cubbies for clients to place their things, perfect relaxing lighting, and a little sign that says “Time to Relax (and your name)”. Her attention to detail is noteworthy. I have been going to her for years and am so impressed by her success. This spa is MUCH NEEDED. If you have not been, you should definitely go.

Working here has been great. This is a new and growing company with expirienced therapists/estheticians. Management and therapist are very kind and eager to help in any way they can. They make you feel comfortable asking questions and genuinely encourage it. I’ve had bad expiriences working for other new companies but here I have yet to have one complaint. Everyone works as a team and are polite which is hard to come by now a days. Great environment!

Cannot seem to get a return call- I purchased a Groupon in February 2017 and have made 6 attempts in scheduling the service and have never received a phone call back. At this point, I reached out to Groupon for help and they state they would get their response in 48 hours from the business- still waiting since April 13th! Really not wanting to continue to do business with a place that I have had to complain about I requested a credit from Groupon to use at another location. Groupon states no refunds allowed after 3 days. Wow! its been 3 months! They should have definitely delivered the service by now. Should Indulging Hands like to make this right, I will be happy to update my review about how they handle a dispute, when one unfortunately happens, but as of now- I am out $89.00 and would appreciate a refund of services never received, nor ever able to get scheduled.
