My boyfriend and I get pedicures once a month and we decided to give this place a try. It’s a beautiful salon with comfortable chairs. The staff were extremely friendly. However, my pedicure? Rushed. Sugar scrub was hardly a scrub at all. My legs were not included in that scrub either. Also no leg massage either. Hot stone?? Rubbed on my shins and the bottom of my feet. I also received a manicure / dip… that was so rushed that I still have dip powder residue underneath my nails. I have dip powder and gel around my cuticles..the nails were hardly shaped. As they are uneven. Also no massage. Oh my tech was quite aggressive and my finger is still bleeding..

This nail salon is beautiful and the two men that did my sister’s and my pedicures were great! There was a little bit of a wait, but they let us wait in the massage chairs so we loved waiting for them! Haha. They were friendly, professional, so funny and did an amazing job. They really earned their 5stars!

I had an appointment with a specific person, did not get the person I requested. This is why I don’t like the bigger salons, they always switch staffs and do not care about their employees. They do not honor appointments very well. Basically it’s first come, first serve. I still stayed for my service since I need it. I noticed the cart was so dirty all the nail tools was scattered everywhere on the cart, the person who did my service did not clean the tools after use and honestly it didn’t look clean before use either. I definitely wanted to give this place a try since it’s so close to home but looks like I’ll have to go back to my old spot that I still adore, honestly I don’t think any salons in Surprise can win them over. I’ve had many bad experiences in the area so I know when it’s bad.

By far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. My mom and I went together and we both had the same experience. First of all, the guy who was working at the front (not sure if he was the owner/manager, but it doesn’t matter) had the worst attitude. And of course, he ended up doing my nails. If you have ever had dip nails done, you know that there is a process to make sure that the dip lasts on your nails – it can also take a little longer to do than a regular gel process.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My mom and I wanted to get a gel manicure, as it was not even busy (maybe 2 other customers were there). The only woman doing nails said 4 employees called off, which was the reason for the delay of waiting for 30 minutes. Understandably, we were patient, because we were walk-in’s, and things happen out of a business’s control. But the manicure itself was missing paint on nails, not even cutting off the dead skin around our nails. It was the quickest actual manicure I have ever received, besides obviously waiting around to even be seen/talked to. The manicurist then proceeds to order my mom around, calling her “Mama”, and have her get equipment and ask for another random customer’s nail choice multiple times. It was super bizarre, but the worst part was, right as the manicure was finishing. The owner comes over to us, saying we need to pay cash. They said we had to pay with the ATM there and that their tip was also needed in cash (whatever). The owner (I think he is the owner) said he would pay us back the $2.50 fee for the ATM. He only paid $2, and my bank charged me $3 extra for using that ATM. It all seemed really sketchy; I don’t know what is going on with demanding the need for cash in this day in age, if you catch my drift… Overall, the manicure was no where near worth it. After 2 days, the “gel” manicure came off. I would not recommend this place at all after the unprofessional demeanor and attitudes.

Pretty disappointed, such a beautiful salon, but look deeper if you consider this salon. Very unsanitary…. My friends and I had appts, we waited 30 min in cold water, I mentioned it being cold and nothing was done, they only did one of ours at a time while stopping in between to go to other clients. They used the exact same tools, un-sanitized, on me and then my friend. That’s disgusting. I will be reporting this facility. My sister sat in her cold water for an hour before deciding to leave, the nail tech helping us was so rude and unprofessional, her acrylic nails were left in acetone for 30 min to the point where her fingers were burning. When we asked if she could finish her nails she told us she would be done when she was ready. Again we got up and left, the owner wasn’t kind and truly only cared to collect payment. So highly DO NOT recommend this place. What a shame, with all of the shopping coming in.

When I have made appointments, I wanted a specific technician, but that was ignored, and whoever was “next” did my nails. Then, when I have called to cancel, they didn’t even ask my name. Husband and I had pedicures,and it was only his second ever and he even knew it wasn’t a very professional job. I had high hopes for this place when I booked but it fell a part pretty quick. I expected a lot more for my $112.00 last Saturday, you have lost two customers.
