I had an appointment at 3:30 for an Ombré SNS and pedi. After being passed around to my 3rd tech, she airbrushes the ombré on and when I ask her if she’s going to clean up the skin around my nails she tells me it will come off when I shower….? I didn’t even get to get my pedicure because they didn’t finish my nails until 5:27.

I have been going to Indulgence Nails for the past five years. Every 2 to 3 weeks so about 120 times ….I have not one complaint, they always do an amazing job. They’re friendly, they are kind and their shop is clean. I’d recommend Indulgence Nails to anyone, true professionals.

I got my nails done on Sunday and yes I got long, I’ve had long many many times before and never had what I am about to tell you happen to me. I broke a nail on Wednesday at work, 3 days after getting my nails done. My nail broke with force so I wasn’t upset about that, but when I went to another place to get it FIXED, YET ANOTHER NAIL BROKE OFF IN HIS HAND. Almost as if it just fell off. I’m completely in love with the set I’ve received from the other place, they’re nicer, shaped better, thicker for protection and it was significantly CHEAPER as well. One more thing to mention before I jump off here. I think it was completely unprofessional the way they were switching places to do other nails, very frustrating for clients. As well as I felt very unnoticed when trying to speak to my nail tech as she barely answered me, then when I was done to start her next client and talk up a storm. Don’t think I will be revisiting ever or send another soul to this salon.

I’ve been going to Indulgence for the past almost 4 years…. and I LOVE THEM!!! My nails have ALWAYS been on point! I’m even extra because I get designs and they are awesome! A lot of those nails you see on their Instagram are mine Not even trying to toot my own horn, but great nails are certainly a confidence boost! ❤❤ I will never go anywhere else! My appointments take time, but like I always say, you can’t rush perfection! Thank you, Indulgence for always an amazing experience!

Indulgence used to be amazing. Very friendly and my nails always looked great. And then something happened – I’m not even sure what, but suddenly the people weren’t friendly, everything felt rushed, and the quality went way downhill. After leaving with cuts on my fingers numerous times, SNS that chipped or broke after just a few days, and even had my nails completely redone because they were so bad, I said enough is enough and found a new a salon.

Me and my friends went here and I go dip without tips and she received acrylic with tips. Mine started lifting after 5 days. I ended up needing to take them off in less then a week. My friends stayed on for 6 weeks and when she tried to take them off and it became all sticky and gummy. This is the tell tale sign that they use MMA acrylic which is banned in the US. We both notices as soon as we walked in that the place looked not to nice. Pricing is vary hard to understand and it is not anywhere on there instagrams and only a paper in there that states prices with add ons. I had 4 different people do my nails throughout my time there and what I wanted was jot communicated. They also didn’t do any nail prep just filed and started. My cuticles were not touched and the dip was very uneven. Overall my nails look fine but they were not done well.

I have gone to this salon since the 8th grade… I am now a junior in college. All these years I have gotten my nails done every month or two. I have never once had a problem. They always are very sweet, get done in a timely manner, and make beautiful nail art. I am one to get designs on my nails and they always do an excellent job. I recommend this salon to everyone and all my friends as my goto place for the past couple years!!

Absolutely awful. My mother had asked for her nails not to be cut, and she wanted gel, and to be shaped. She ended up walking out with her nails cut off and ACRYLIC on her nails, when she specifically asked multiple times NONE. She told the lady multiple time during the session where is her length and the lady said she wasnt done and to wait. And the lady doing mine said she will fix them, that same woman who did her nails charged her $50 for them, she wanted NO ACRYLIC no cutting nothing. And now her nails are completely cut off and she has boxy acrylic on her nails. Absolutely awful. Poor communication.

Not only were they accommodating and very friendly- but she stayed 40 minutes over closing time to make sure my mom’s nails looked perfect. Really makes a difference when you are going through a rough time/week and you are treated with such kindness!

We was not happy I paid 140 for round got oval. The other lady ask for long nails hers she should of just got her nail painted they were so short and the design is already off .the other lady wanted flowers got Stripes
