This was my first time coming here. We moved to sun prairie about a year ago and I was still looking for a good nail place to go to. Let me just say, walking into this nail shop it was absolutely beautiful. The theme and vibe in here was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The guests were also very nice and talkative. The staff were amazing. They did a wonderful job with my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back here every time for my nails and will recommend it to anyone that asks!!!

I called 1-2 months in advance to book multiple services (mani, pedi, waxing). When I arrived it seemed like they had no clue I had anything scheduled, I had to tell 3 or 4 different people what I was there for. It was uncomfortable and not welcoming at all.

I always make my appointments with Doan, the owner of Indulgence. My typical service is dip polish plus nail art. I’ve brought in some pretty intricate designs and Doan always knocks it out of the park. She even picks all of the colors out, which I appreciate since she has a TON of options and I’m not great at color matching. I have recommended this business to many people and am always satisfied with how my nails look. One of the best locally owned, female-run businesses in Waunakee!!

I’ve tried this place several times. The over inflated prices are one thing, but each time I go in the “front lady” acts as if you are putting her out to check in, and always extremely rude, and nasty. The short drive to MSN for less money, and pleasant environment is worth the trip.
