Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went there for several months to get lash extensions because her technique is good but my lashes never held up more than a couple days. She was always running late and the last time I went she did about a 1/3 of my lashes because she was in a hurry. I don’t recommend.

Susana did a spiral perm Exactly the way I asked her to! She also touched up my roots … Perfectly matching! Love her friendly, funny attitude. It’s wonderful that they have so many beauty services available from permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, Mani/Pedi + more, all while environmentally conscientious of harsh chemicals by tending to use natural alternatives.

The haircut experience is very personal. Who cuts your hair is as important as how your hair is cut. SUSAN does a great job making you feel welcome and important. I wouldn’t give anyone a negative review. Communicate what you want, and the girls will work with you to get you looking sharp. Overall, an outstanding experience.
