Me and my fiancé wanted to spoil ourselves and came here for a couples massage. The woman who did our scheduling was so kind and patient the service was amazing!! We had Courtney do both of us and she adjusted to every need and it was soo refreshing and relaxing!! 10/10!❤️❤️

Filled out a questionnaire prior to the facial. I marked age spots, extraction, and hydration for the services. The employee was cold, didn’t offer a drink, did not ask me my areas of concern (since I didn’t choose a specific facial). She wiped my face with a couple of products, no extraction, left me under a hot towel and steam for 15 minutes, then ended the session by stating “ok this is the end of the facial, I’ll be waiting outside”. I love the limited amount of time that I have to get a facial, and appreciate and value good service, but unfortunately I left with dull skin, disappointment.

Highly disappointed. Booked a package. Will not do again. Lucky for them they did not charge fully for but the pedicurist was all over the place to start. We were patient because we were 7 minutes late and the rest of the time was them preparing again we were patient cause we should have been there early. Used to be my favorite place, recommended all the time but not again.

Had an appointment to get my hair done today waited 30 minutes after my appointment time then was told it’s for a consultation only. I got mad so she told me she would do my hair, left me sitting in my chair for 15 minutes while she went out to talk on the phone. I left. This was a birthday present from my kids and did nothing but ruin my day.

Not happy with this establishment at all. Pretty much threw a wrench in our day. Girlfriend made appointment a month in advance and then when we get there they don’t have enough massage therapists. They offered for us to come back later and wanted to take 40$ off. By that point we said forget it. She had plans for the day cause it was my 50th birthday and we didn’t have time to go back later in the day. We just wanted our scheduled appointment. Went somewhere that was subpar at most. It upset my girlfriend to the point she was bawling when we were leaving cause she had been planning the day for weeks. If we had known we could have and would have made plans somewhere else. Just a horrible experience

My experience with Indulge is the worst. My eyebrow appointment, the tech was late, rushing and didnt finish the job. Told to reschedule because had another appoint she is running late for her I will not be back. My spouse purchased $150.00gift certificate . Wasted money

Very unprofessional. I had scheduled a couples massage and took the day off of work to spend it with my husband for our anniversary. They came up to us 15 min after our scheduled appointment time to tell me both of our message therapists were not in as one was stuck in her garage and the other was not in due to the only 1 hr school delay. I know things come up but I was expecting for them to say it will be just a little longer wait time or come back but it was a we can reschedule you another day. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience and here will be a discount. I called Scarlet Door and told them what happened and they squeezed us in, in their already full day.

Everyone was very nice and the place seemed clean. My husband scheduled an entire spa day for me (10 to 3) at a cool $245. My massage was awesome with Dana! My facial and hair were okay, but my pedicure was not. The girl doing my pedi said she had a migraine. I think she was new because she seemed unsure how to do a pedicure or how to hold the pedi tools.
