Went three times to this salon. The first two times were okay. The only waxing I received on the third visit left me with a rash above my eyebrow. They raised their prices during a recession all of a sudden for the Pedicure & manicure. The person who did my nails kept nicking my skin and rather than being careful just stated “I didn’t break the skin you’re fine”. But continued to do it. Going to the salon should be a pleasant experience. It wasn’t. Will not be returning. To add to this I got them done Monday and they are already chipping and it’s Friday – see pics.

Worse gel manicure ever , no base coat applied and the nail tech cut me on my cuticle said oh thats fine like he didn’t care toes look horrible , i asked him just to file and he cut it all the way down totally upset and it chipped 2 day later paid 140 for nothing. Critical: QualityI loved coming to this salon up until recently. The constant turn over of employees and the declining quality of work makes me believe there’s issues with management. My usual tech was not available so the co-owner did my service. Within 2 days 1/2 my nails had chipped and I was forced to cut them down. Today I went back just for a polish change and two techs later, they did a horrible job. My toes are covered in the old polish, the paint job is terrible, and once the owner stopped doing her own nails to remove the excess polish, she messed up the polish in some areas and didn’t even bother fixing it. I loved coming to this salon up until recently. The constant turn over of employees and the declining quality of work makes me believe there’s issues with management. It has the perfect set up with private rooms for pedicures, which is nice for a quiet , relaxing pedicure , but great for social distancing too !The beautifully decorated building is new and super clean and Annie gives the best pedicures ever. Annie has been my pedicurist/ manicurist for over 8 years. I won’t use anyone else!
