My experience has only been good when Sunita did my eyebrows. Indu (the owner) does not pay attention to what she is doing and has taken chunks out of my eyebrows before and recently cut my lip with wax. I do NOT recommend letting Indu provide your service, choose anyone else.

Horrible experience and customer service. I came here after seeing their reviews thinking they would do a great job since my regular eyebrow lady was on vacation. For starters, I walked in a waited without even being greeted while she playing on her cellphone. She then sat me on her chair and just proceeded to start threading. There was no brushing involved. It was the fastest service ever. When she finished she didn’t even want me to look at them. When I asked for the mirror she seemed offended and when I looked and I told her each brow was nowhere near the same. She started to try to fix them and just made it worst. She didn’t even trim down my top hairs. It’s a shame!
