A nice but cozy tanning salon. The owner was so sweet and she answered all of my questions and was super helpful. They offer nice quality beds at an affordable price with a great amount of quality tanning lotions. They also sell eye protection, drinks, teeth whitening kits, & chapstick in case you forget anything. I would highly recommend Indigo!

Indigo Tanning is a quaint, locally owned salon. I love going to mom and pop businesses. I have been tanning here for quite some time. The owner Kelly always makes me feel welcome! The packages and lotions are reasonably priced. She works with you to find what you are comfortable with and makes you feel at home! She has her license and is very knowledgeable. Way better than the large salons that have inflated prices and make you feel pressured!

As someone who has avoided tanning salons in the area because of how expensive they are, I truly appreciate finding a LOCALLY OWNED salon that offers a variety of package options and single visit options for great prices. Not only is the owner super nice, she is also extremely helpful when picking which option is best for you. I felt no pressure from her to buy an expensive lotion, in fact she found a sample tube of another lotion that I could use more than once for the same price as the single sample I was about to buy knowing I’d run out of the single sample faster than the tube. To me that shows that the owner cares more about her clients satisfaction rather than squeezing every penny out of them she possibly can. But for real, you cannot beat her basic bed package!! I highly recommend indigo tanning!!!

I wish you could give more than 5 stars because this place deserves more. Kelly is absolutely the best. Super sweet and remembers everyone!!! The prices on packages, lotions, and single visits are awesome. She doesn’t require a contract or bank draft which is super important to me. Love love love Indigo and Kelly!!! ❤️

Love this tanning salon!! The owner Carrie is super knowledgeable and there is no pressure to buy more sessions than you want. Lots of bed options/spray tanning and very clean. Great experience

At first I thought this place was great, but it turns out they put on a friendly face to try and hide the fact that they are taking advantage of their customers. She ended my current month of membership early because I paid early. Essentially stealing almost a weeks worth that I had paid for. The bed I laid in has a max of 15 minutes and after a while she started to put me in for 14 then 13 minutes when I clearly stated I wanted to stay the max amount of time. I highly DO NOT recommend. If you’re going to over pay, at least go somewhere you get your money’s worth and they don’t short your time. I hope me calling her out on this will make her stop for everyone else’s sake. Not a smart move for a new business owner if you ask me.

Amazing staff, the beds are always excellent, and they stay on top of changing their bulbs. You can use the spray tan if you wish to avoid the beds! The salon is very clean, also!

I’ve always been greeted by friendly staff. They are always accommodating and have a lot of knowledge about the tanning products they offer. Sanitation is never an issue. Great prices on tanning packages as well as tanning products!

Best experience in Asheville! The prices are great too. The owner is super knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure you understand everything. I’ve gone to places that were pretentious and a little intimidating-this is the complete opposite.
