I had a “junior stylist” (whatever that means) to do my Perm. My hair is pretty long, about 5″ below my shoulders, which I informed them of when making my appointment. I have gotten perms since I was in my teens (about 35 years), so I know a lot about rod sizes, how it should be rolled, etc. I did question my stylist about not doing the “Piggyback” roll since my hair is so long … but she said she had never had to do it that way and it would all be curled. Well, I told her that I wanted all pink (small pink) rods all over because I’d previously had a perm with them rotating pink & gray rods, but I didn’t get the curl I wanted. Well, half way through rolling my Perm, she told me she was going to have to rotate some gray in because the salon did not have enough pink rods… REALLY? A SALON NOT HAVING ENOUGH PERM RODS? I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS THE ONLY ONE GETTING A PERM AT THE TIME … what if more than one person was there to get a perm? RIDICULOUS!!! She left twice to go look for more pink rods to do the front so it would have the curl I wanted. Maybe she thought I wouldn’t see the back? I don’t know, but I won’t go back there unless I can get a very experienced stylist and they assure me they have a plenty of pink rods to do my whole head! I am so disappointed with the back of my hair! My daughter went a few days after I did to get a perm, also. She also had a “junior stylist” that permed her hair. She has a straight, I mean a completely straight section about 1.5″-2″ in the very front of her hair from her hairline back. She is very disappointed, as well. Seems like their “JUNIOR STYLISTS” definitely need more training!

I came into this business the other day with a 4:00pm, made it very clear what I wanted when I booked the appointment. I asked the girl I wanted to dye my hair to slowly make me a dirty blonde, I wanted my dead ends cut off and I wanted the right side of my faces hair to be thinned out cause it felt bushy. I then asked her when she dyed my hair can she give me a treatment cause the last time I did this the girl fried my hair and I lost almost everything she done. I may have been complicated cause I do have thick long hair but I never do things for myself since being a mom and I was already nervous, I don’t go into salons much because I don’t know what I’m doing. The girl told me the bleach she was using had a bonding treatment in it to not dry my hair (lie) my hairs fried. I asked her to cut off my dead ends, didn’t do that, when I asked to have my hair thinned where I wanted it she did 3 strands in the back of my head. All around the experience at first was pleasant tell she realized how much time she wasted and then was kinda mad when everyone else was leaving. I even offered her to come back another time so she can go home with the other girls. It’s hard to trust people these days and I felt embarrassed as it was doing something for myself but it’s a place I won’t go back to.

They gapped my hair up so bad I went back and tried to let them make it right even the manager couldn’t fix it worst place ever. They do not know how to layer hair. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I got my hair colored, styled, and cut back at the beginning of may. I was very satisfied with how it turned out except for it was patchy due to my hair being really thick.she was a great stylist. I sat there 4 hours so when asked if I wanted her to try and correct it I said no because I didn’t want to wait any longer.

I went in for lash lift and tint. The people are good and very professional. But I spent 81 dollars and got nothing. The wanted me to come back in but for what. There was no difference in my lash. I would rather try something else.

Pleasant experience every time, except for the wait. I often arrive at my appointment right on time and sometimes a little early, it seems either way I still wait some time usually 10 minutes. The staff are always nice and go the extra mile. With a crazy work schedule it is hard for me to schedule with the same person each time, but they all do a wonderful job cutting my hair.

Indigo is wonderful! The salon is so clean and cute. As soon as you walk in. The receptionist Jennifer is always such a doll ♡ I haven’t tried all the services there but I only ever go to Miranda for my routine sugaring. She’s very sweet and has never made me uncomfortable. Been going for almost a year now. Wow! Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online the night before and they texted me the next morning to confirm. I got my eyebrows waxed for $13. Which is a pretty reasonable price for a spa. The building is a little weird and run down. You can tell they are trying inside though with their decor. The staff was polite and professional. Moreso my technician than the receptionist. They also sell professional shampoos and other beauty products.
