I have been going to Indigo for YEARS. This is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. The prices for general cuts are very reasonable (I usually pay $40-50 for “maintenance” cuts). They also sport a beautiful space that is open and airy with a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. FYI, my personal stylist is Bonnie, and I highly recommend her and the salon in general.

We had a heartbreaking experience…my daughters first highlights…the stylist was (having a bad day maybe?) unhappy, uninvolved, she didnt listen…even with very clear photos that we showed her…my daughters hair was completely different than what she asked for. She has been in tears for two days and we now will be going to another salon to try to repair it. Wrong, and heartbreaking…would not recommend going here….

I called 1 month ago for an appointment, they said there is a waitlist. They have not given an appointment. Ive gone to 3 salons in my life, In LA, NYC (Louis L) and London (John Frieda)- never once have I not been given an appointment. After reading the yelp reviews – Maybe this is just a sign to stay away!

Went to indigo for a consult and then returned for a haircut. Both stylists, Emma and Maria, were helpful and recommended products I could use to make my hair healthy again. Their product recommendations are working well. I appreciated their knowledge and help with selecting products for a new hair care routine. The view of the lake is relaxing and it was a pleasant experience. I appreciated that they encouraged sample sizes first before purchasing large volumes. I will definitely go back for future hair care.
