I had an appointment scheduled today at 2:30 p.m. and at 2:25 p.m. when I was about to park in front of the salon I received a call from the Salon saying that I had missed my appointment, that it was scheduled at 2:15 and they were asking if I wanted to reschedule. I told them that I had been told over the phone that my appointment was at 2:30p.m., which I immediately wrote down in my calendar, though I never received a confirmation message from them so there was no way of verifying. They said that everyone else that day had received a confirmation message that I should have received but I didn’t (did she really check with everyone that day before telling me this?). At the end the person over the phone told me that it must have been a system glitch probably.

Ahhhhmazing!! Kate was great! It was my first time there so I was a little nervous. But Kate made me feel so comfortable, talked about what my goal was but also keeping health hair at the same time. She knocked it out of the park and beyond! If your looking for that salon and stylist to give you what you’ve always wanted and will LISTEN to you this is the salon for you! I can’t wait for my hair to grow so I can go back!!! Definitely my salon from now on! ❤️ ♀️
