Critical: Professionalism, ValueI truly hate having to write this review, as I wish I could continue being a customer for a small local businesses.I went in for a mani/pedi late in the day on Saturday, and realized after getting home that entire sections of nail weren’t polished and they were already closed. It wasn’t that I had run into something, they were simply poorly polished (pictured attached). It happens, so I wasn’t really upset. It wasn’t until I went in the very first thing Sunday morning, and the response I received to needing a re-polish, was not just lackluster, it was completely unapologetic, that I felt I had to write a review.When I explained what happened, that portions of nail weren’t even polished, I was told that she didn’t know what to tell me because they were booked solid until 4:30 (I already had concrete plans starting at 3pm) and there was nothing that could be done if I couldn’t make that time. She didn’t even offer a quick 15 min fix between appointments.While I understand being busy, it was not even being apologetic about the situation, and not offering any kind of compromise. She just kept saying that she didn’t know what to tell me, that they simply are unable to fit in a re-polish and she didn’t know what to say. No apology, no offer for alternative solutions. It was “either come in at 4:30 or we won’t fix it.”I had to stand there awkwardly, waiting for literally any kind of offer to make it right because it clearly wasn’t my fault and scheduling wasn’t going to work. Finally, I had to ask her for any kind of discount or refund if they can’t fix it, are closed the rest of the week, and I’d be out of town the soonest they could fit it in (Friday).It’s just a poor response all around. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for structured gel & luminary gel for 2 years and I love it! I’m a reformed nail biter and I’ve never felt bad about having short nails here.Marce is the best, but everyone who works here is truly a gem.
