Critical: QualityI went in for a change from waist length hair to something more manageable. The request was 3-4 inches cut, or elbow length with longer layers and face framing (blended and long, mentioned I tried bangs in the past and looks too choppy). As the cut started, I felt nervous. She mentioned cutting five inches (pre-“layers”), already not what was asked for. After the toner, it got bad. As she began to cut, I couldn’t really see what was going on. It looked like she was taking more hair and it kept getting shorter. Then she asked to confirm face “framing”, I said yes that I liked it long, and BLENDED. I couldn’t really see the result in the photos below because the stylist kept all the hair moved forward, hiding the chopped section. It was then curled and I couldn’t see. The curls hid the disaster. I feel ruined, and there isn’t much fix for the below. I requested the salon manager reach out and sent pictures. I’ll update the review if the salon reaches out and makes an attempt to fix….. The photo in the red sweater was the hair the night before this happened. I went in for a change from waist length hair to something more manageable. The request was 3-4 inches cut, or elbow length with longer layers and face framing (blended and long, mentioned I tried bangs in the past and looks too choppy). As the cut started, I felt nervous. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I tell you I have never in my life had this AMAZING of a hair transformation. Wow. First of all when you walk in this salon they have the most lovely energy, two different people asked me if I needed a water. The people here were so sweet and welcoming. It felt safe. I have a good bit of anxiety so it’s rare I truly feel comfortable.They use great products and are fair on pricing. Natasha worked on my hair and Paige was assisting.(both did a great job) took my long blonde hair and got me to short brown with the cut of my dreams. I had never been short before and was nervous but they talked with me throughout the process. When I tell you I have never in my life had this AMAZING of a hair transformation. Wow. First of all when you walk in this salon they have the most lovely energy, two different people asked me if I needed a water. The people here were so sweet and welcoming. It felt safe. I have a good bit of anxiety so it’s rare I truly feel comfortable.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAbsolutely loved this salon! When you first walk in you notice how beautifully decorated the studio is, so many thoughtful touches. Natasha had hand sanitizer, was wearing a mask, and took my temperature, which really made me feel comfortable. She then listened to all my current wants for my hair, and what I disliked about my previous hair coloring. Natasha then created a game plan and explained it in very understandable terms, offered me a beverage, and went to the back to mix up my color. The rest of the appointment went as perfectly as you’d imagine. I left looking and feeling more confident than I had in months. Natasha had hand sanitizer, was wearing a mask, and took my temperature, which really made me feel comfortable.
