Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToo bad google doesn’t let me add 0 stars. I recently found this business on my Ig and recommended my fiance to get his hair cut along with my son at Indigo cuts, one being that they are right down the block of where we live and secondly because another business Thats well established was referring customers to go there. My fiancé went Saturday morning at 9am when they opened and as he and my son walked in 3 barbers didn’t even look there way, no hello, no “we will be right with you”, nothing. My fiancé had no appt but he did call and asked if walk ins were welcomed and they said yes. As a business owner I would never do this to a client, to not even be acknowledged as they walk in. They felt discriminated against and unfortunately walked out. I do not recommend this place for family haircuts.Too bad google doesn’t let me add 0 stars. I recently found this business on my Ig and recommended my fiance to get his hair cut along with my son at Indigo cuts, one being that they are right down the block of where we live and secondly because another business Thats well established was referring customers to go there. Critical: QualityWent in for a simple “bald mid fade with nothing off the top” left with my skin irritated and not satisfied at all. At first I thought, “how hard can getting a bald fade from a random barber be?” Apparently, super hard. I’ve never had a more aggressive barber pass a blade/machine against my skin. Mid way he stated I had sensitive skin, in reality my skin became red and inflamed due to the blade basically ripping through my skin and causing redness to occur. I went out on a whim going here, I can genuinely tell you that I won’t be going back. I was told I was going to get “the best haircut of my life.” That was not the case at all. As far as to who the barber was, I’d say it was the 4 chair Maybe? Avoid. Not to mention he decided to take it upon himself to use scissors on the top after I explicitly said not too. Went in for a simple “bald mid fade with nothing off the top” left with my skin irritated and not satisfied at all. At first I thought, “how hard can getting a bald fade from a random barber be?” Apparently, super hard. I’ve never had a more aggressive barber pass a blade/machine against my skin.
