I have loved working with Amy! I came to her as a new client a few months back in preparations for hair color before my wedding. I was able to come back only 3 days before my wedding and she went above and beyond to create the perfect hair color that I wanted. Not only that but she was willing to rent out Halo Hair Extensions for the event that allowed me to feel so beautiful for my wedding day. Cannot wait to continue to come and work with Amy! So talented!!

I scheduled my wedding hair appt with Amy almost 3 months in advance. I told her I was going to buy a halo and wanted her to match it for me. She talked me into ‘renting’ a halo from her for my wedding day. I get to my appt on Friday 8/23 and find out the halo we were supposed to match me to was rented out. Amy proceeded to do my hair ‘approx’ like the halo she knew I wanted to use and she told me to come back on that next Tuesday at 11am (2 days before I leave for my wedding) and she would have the halo ready for me and make any corrections to my hair to make sure the halo matched. After getting home, I noticed that my hair had many distinct ‘lines’ in it where the blonde met the brown – but I wasnt worried because she said she would do any corrections needed on Tuesday. When I got to my 11am on Tuesday, her staff informed me that Amy had ‘left town’ and was not available. They gave me her phone number and asked me to call/text her. I called, texted, messaged her on IG and no response. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt in case she had a family emergency or something. The next day my girlfriend reached out to me to let me know that she was a previous, loyal customer of Amy’s and she stopped going to her over a year ago due to similar issues (flakey, would over book 2-3 people at a time, would forget about her and leave her in the bowl for an hour, etc). I let my friend know that I am sure there’s a reasonable explanation and I hoped everything with Amy was ok. I told her that Amy would never do that to a bride! I was expecting an apology phone call letting me know that one of the other stylists could help me out and get me taken care of. My friend laughed and told me that I’m too nice and that she’s Amy’s friend on Snapchat and Amy was posting photos with girlfriends in Vegas!?! I see Amy post on IG about how fun her ‘impromptu moms trip to Vegas’ was so fun! I commented on her post about her not showing up to my appt and instead of apologizing, she deleted my comment! It has been one week since Any stood me up and still – not one single phone call, text or apology to me. How sad that someone could be so disrespectful and inconsiderate- especially to a bride-to-be!! I definitely do not recommend Amy to anyone!

I’ve had my hair done by Amy several times and she never seizes to amaze me! This last time I went from dark brown to a full blonde balayage and, like I knew it would- it turned out AMAZING. Best salon to go to. My mom, mother in law and now grandma all go there too! Sweet girls and a welcome environment. What more could we ask for! 10 stars easily.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I saw Aundria, I found her through social media/Instagram. Her work looked amazing in the pictures and I am very happy to report, that what you see is what you get!! She was sweet, professional, informative and very skilled. As soon as my best friend saw my hair she told me she would be making an appointment with Aundria too! I will definitely be going back to her from here on out! The salon is so cute, fresh, modern and friendly! I can’t wait to be back!

Morgan has been doing my eyelashes for a while now and when I switched to her I was so scared to get a new flash girl, but she does an amazing job and is super friendly. I highly recommend!

My sister had a horrible experience with AMY. She spent $190 and left the salon with an orange “balayage.” When my sister asked Amy for a refund, she DIDNT SEE IT FIT and told her she would have to pay for ANOTHER full balayage and would give her a free toner. Don’t be fooled by her pictures on social media and most importantly, DON’T LET THIS BE YOU.
