She denied my service when I reached her place . I had booked the appointment 10 days before for waxing facial and brows . I had blocked my date only for this. When I called her she was surprised and had forgotten about my booking. She told that she is not keeping well and she doesn’t want to take risk . But she could have informed atleast one day before or one the same day morning. I drove 35 min to her place. I just had one day before I go on vacation . I struggled to get other appointment on the same day .

I visited this salon based on all the positive reviews I had seen, and drove about an hour for an underarm waxing. From the start, getting this appointment was a struggle since she ignored my text and when I called her she was impatient and short with me. When I did get there, she barely said anything and was showing attitude when I was attempting to be friendly. I had to let her know that I’ve had issues with waxing in the past and she dismissed them without much help. At the end when she was done, I was about to pay her when she informed me that the price was in fact more than what she had initially posted and told me. When I asked for change she seemed unhappy and just tossed the change at me. I expected better service and professionalism from a business that was so well rated but this was really disappointing.

Worst parlor for mehendi. And she is such a rude and bad so much attitude . I went there for heena she told me my fingers are so big. My hands are dirty. Have you ever looked at yourself. Such a ugly person she is. She just wasted my 3 hours in mehendi and her work is ugly as well. She just want to make more money by taking more hours. Singing in loud and irritating voice infront of costumer. And the place is also so dirty. If you are going for makeup and heena don’t go there.
