I have trust issues when it comes to haircuts but Doug is really nice and good at what he does. Made me feel very comfortable. I do wish the prices were lower so I can come more often but it’s worth it if you want a good haircut and a stylist who actually listens to you and cares about what you want for your hair. I like how he explains what he is doing with your hair throughout the process instead of just going for it like most stylists.

Made an appointment weeks ago, received multiple reminders via text and email about our appointment. Showed up on time and was asked if we could come back later, as she didn’t know we were on the schedule and was the only one working, already working on two clients simultaneously. This was a special occasion for my daughter to get her first haircut and styling before her orchestra concert that evening . She was so excited. We’ll never go back to this salon after that experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you really need your hair done for an occasion.

I have curly hair and am extremely picky about my haircuts. I’ve put off finding someone in Durango to cut my hair for over a year, and I finally decided to try Sara at Incognito Salon. Not only was she super friendly, she reassured me by walking me through each step of the haircut – communication was key. When I walked out, I truly had the best haircut I’ve had in over a decade, and it looked exactly like the picture I showed her in the beginning. Sara has won me over as a lifetime customer!

After a trial and error of hair stylists, I have finally found THE ONE!! (Andrea) I had been cautiously inquiring about getting my hair touched up (blonde underneath with front money pieces and chocolate brown on top), I randomly found myself at incognito and was kindly greeted by Andrea. She was immediately welcoming and I felt as though she saw my vision for fixing my hair within just 3 minutes of chatting at the front desk. We scheduled an appointment and on 2/22/22 @ 2P (being a firm believer in numbers) she worked her MAGIC. Not only was she so friendly and personable, she was a great listener and explained what she was doing to my hair and why. It gave me great indication that she is passionate about her career and the heads that sit in front of her are her canvas and work of art. Andrea has stayed in touch with me since my pay visit and continues to make an effort to improve on even the smallest details even though it was already 5/5 stars. Highly recommend… PLUS she has the colorful tinsel 🙂
