Upon entering the spa, everyone is very warm and welcoming. I had a 90 minute massage with Maria and it was excellent. I tend to get very tight muscles that don’t want to loosen and Maria knew exactly how to handle them by giving attention to those spots in small doses so as to not exacerbate the existing tension. I’ve already booked my next massage. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience, it was gonna be my first time in the spa and I did not get any indications on how to find the spa. Ended up getting there around 8-9 minutes late and received a call that my my appointment was cancelled. First, thank you for not giving any indication that the spa is inside a gym, and second, thank for being so respectful of people’s time (drove 20 minutes all for my appointment to get canceled). I will never recommend this spa to anyone since they have 0 consideration toward clients. I ended canceling my other appointment for facial because it is not worth my time. I’m sure I can find other places that offers a better customer service.

So I went in yesterday for my first massage. Christine was wonderful. I suffer from chronic pain in my upper back and neck. In 45 minutes the pain was significantly lower than when I arrived. The room was clean and Christine took much care to make sure I was comfortable and she even gave me some suggestions on how to stretch my neck to keep the pain away. This place is fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back. They care about their customers.

Critical: QualityNOT A GREAT SPOT FOR A FACIAL. After getting facials at other spas, I realize how poor of an experience I actually had at this place. The older woman who did my facial at Incentives seemed to focus more on my arms than my actual face. She did not listen to half of the things I told her regarding my skin and I would have to constantly remind her of things I’d already said. She did not even use a steamer on my face. It looked exactly the same when I got home, she barely did any extractions. I also found it unprofessional that the esthetician was wearing a beach dress while other spas require a more professional uniform. On top of all that, the front desk receptionist was not very welcoming either. I highly recommend going to The Skin Clinic over this place, far too overrated. Staff is so nice and personable, however my experience getting a dazzle dry manicure left much to be desired. The manicure itself was not done well and had a lot of bubbles in the polish. The manicurist did not cover my entire nail which looked strange. I was told the manicure would last up to two weeks yet it chipped after one day and has continued to chip each day after. As much as I enjoyed the employees and environment, I will not be returning for nail services.

If you haven’t made an appointment with this place, you’re truly missing out. I go to Kathy at least once a month if not more for all my face treatments and I’m always happy. She really knows what she is doing, she’s very informative and super super nice! What more could you ask for!

This is my favorite spa right next to my favorite gym! The staff is friendly yet professional. They run a full service spa for reasonable prices. I always utilize their specials and appreciate their state of the art equipment. I would definitely recommend going!
