Critical: QualityI decided to patronize this business since my regular nail tech of 4 years went on emergency leave. They were pretty busy so I decided to wait because I am a patient woman. Looking around I saw a tech whose name was the same as my regular nail tech (Oanh). I watched her as she serviced her client. She took her time and really took care of him, so I requested her. Since I was a new customer I explained a few things that I liked and didn’t like. She did a really good job with the pedicure and massage. I was impressed at how relaxing the service and massage was. Things quickly took a turn when she did my gel polish. After the second coat on my left foot she scraped the polish off and proceeded to add another coat I knew it was gonna be thick and lumpy yet she still proceeded with another coat. At the end she got mad, and I could tell because she was a lil rougher and trying to move fast like HURRY UP AND GO!! When she finished she said, “No manicure now huh?” It took alot for me not to go off on her instead I am sittting here at the front of the shop writing this review. I won’t be back!! I decided to patronize this business since my regular nail tech of 4 years went on emergency leave. They were pretty busy so I decided to wait because I am a patient woman. Looking around I saw a tech whose name was the same as my regular nail tech (Oanh). I watched her as she serviced her client. She took her time and really took care of him, so I requested her. They use cheap nail polish that starts chipping or falling off (in the case of gel nail polish) and over charge for the service. The photos you see are the results of a gel manicure. On Day 2 the first gel nail came off. Now on Day 4 post gel manicure I only have a TOTAL of 3 nails with the gel polish still on but now it’s already chipping as well. The gel polish brand was DND. I chose 613 Cinnamon Whip. Love the nude color, don’t like the cheap quality products. The people were nice enough but eager to upsell your services.
