I want to like this place. I go here a lot and they do a great job with the actual manicure. BUT their samples for gel/dip colors are COMPLETELY off. I understand it not looking identical but on two separate occasions I have chosen a color sample and when they put it on my nails, it is completely different. They clearly need to redo their display samples because they are not accurate at all.

We are new to the west side, and were looking for a new place! I took my niece in for her birthday and Katie did a great job! The shaping is great, they are super well-fit! Took a little longer than we planned but they look great and we will be back 🙂

Really bad experience between my nails looking nothing like the original photo I showed to being overcharged for nothing. I had to come back a day after my service because the gel on my toes began peeling.. they did not allow me another color or any sort of apology just acted like I was a burden. Horrible service I will never come back here!!!

best nail salon by far, i got my nails done on Friday and today Wednesday one of my nails broke. I went back to get them fixed, they didn’t charge anything the nail techs were all super nice, totally would recommend.

First time customer last Wednesday, made an appointment & had to wait 20 mins to get seated. The appointment wasn’t honored for the time slot I reserved. I was overcharged & my bill was $99.50. My acrylic nails were over priced. Didn’t get an itemized receipt for pricing. I’ll never return to this business as they act like they don’t know what your talking about. I did call as they told me too & didn’t fix the pricing for my bill

I went and got my a fill today and the color I picked was a shiny metal looking one and it didn’t seem to cooperate with us and turned out dull looking. I was bummed and I didn’t like the color at all. I let him know and he was the best. He was very nice and patient. I picked a new color and I’m obsessed now. I went and got my a fill today and the color I picked was a shiny metal looking one and it didn’t seem to cooperate with us and turned out dull looking. This place is terrible, went and got my toes fixed a day after my original service and they messed up the same way right after I left. I told the owner of the shop and she laughed at me and refused to solve the issue. Please don’t go here this is a bottom of the barrel nail shop, they don’t even deserve one star! Nail repair
