They did a great job the first time I came to this place for a pedicure. I came back for another pedicure and a full set yesterday and the nail technician could not get the right shape, the design was crooked and she kept hurting me with the tool she used to shape my nails. Before she even got started, I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she said she could do it. After being in the salon for three hours, I was still unhappy with the work she had done so I asked for a $20 discount because I have to go get these nails fixed somewhere else. I spoke with the manager over the phone to see if they could fix my nails free of charge but she said I had to pay $55 and they can get the nails done the way I wanted. What a waste of money and time. Never again!

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I highly do NOT recommend this place. I had called ahead of time and asked if I could come in a bit to only get my acrylics removed, and they said I could. I walk in, they have me sit, and told me I’d only have to wait a few minutes. I waited. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and the lady continued to work on two other people. One of the people were walk ins. There were other workers who had finished doing whatever it was they were doing, and had nothing else to do, yet none of them could still help me. I guess that, because I only wanted acrylics removed, they didn’t care about providing me service, and only wanted to serve those who were getting something more, such as pedicures, acrylics, gels, etc. This location has TERRIBLE customer service, and when I walked out, one of them had the audacity to say “you can’t wait?” I tried to be as patient as possible, considering that it was my first time at this place (I usually go to the one on dennery road, I love their service and work). If I just had read the reviews about this place prior to coming here, I wouldn’t have considered this place at all. First time experience was a total mess. I do not recommend.

I have been here a few times before no issue. But today they told me 10-15 wait. Had me sit with the water for pedicure then 15 mins passes by and she starts working on the other ladies hands. Wth! Honesty is a great thing. I wouldn’t have wasted my time to begin with.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Everyone is super kind and I’ve never had a bad experience! Very reasonable prices and all the ladies are very detail oriented. I usually go with Yvonne for my manicures, she always goes the extra mile to make sure my nails are perfect. It’s a very clean and relaxing environment. And with COVID, they’ve taken extra precautions and feels very safe to go. I always recommend this place to everyone. Excellent service!

I made an appointment @1 clock to get a pedi & nails done . I told them that I had to be at work and asked if I would get out on time oh, they said yes. I got there on time and the person who was assigned to do my nails was attending someone else. I normally give them like 10 minutes give or take, to wrap it up. But he was done around 1:20 and still went to the back to have his lunch as he had me waiting. I spoke up right after so they had me soak my feet for another 15 minutes as he continued eating. It was fustrating plus It was almost 2oclock & I had be on my way out to work by 3 . That’s the second time I’ve gone to that place & both times have been a very bad experience. Never again .
