They do such a good job. They also are very nice people. They take there time to make beautiful nail art with your nails and feet. I have been going to this shop since Dec. Pictures below are the 4 times I been. I CANT TELL Y’ALL IN WORDS HOW HAPPY I AM, FINALLY TO FIND A NAIL SALON IN REDMOND WHO GIVES GREAT SERVICE. The owner and techs has a great passion for the work and services they provide, and it shows with the finished results. I feel so comfortable and welcomed as a woman of color. The salon is clean and beautiful. I don’t know who owned this salon before, BUT PLEASE STOP BY INAILS AND GIVE THEM A TRY. U WILL MAKE THEM UR NAIL SALON IN 2019 AND YEARS TO COME!! I have been suffering from bad nail salon experiences for many months after I had a really bad encounter at my favorite place and never returned. I have had nails too thick, sloppy polish, painful filing and more. I finally found a very nice place that’s quiet with martial lighting, good separation between pedicures and nails, and someone who actually listened to my requests! I got polish all the way down to my cuticles, my acrylic nail isn’t too thick (natural thickness) and everything has good timing and attention to detail. I’m bringing my friend back tomorrow morning for pedicures and will leave another review.

Kelly is always very pleasant and accommodating when scheduling appointments. She is very eager to make customer happy and her nail designs are always beautiful. She can do complex and simple design. She is very honest with pricing and expectations and I know I will keep coming her as my nail technician. I highly recommend this location sorry the photos don’t do the nails justice but they are gorgeous!.

They had a great selection of colors, but the staff was extremely rude. My nail tech argued with me about how I wanted my flakes applied, got irritated that I declined her neck massage, and told me my arms were ugly and I should get them waxed. The experience put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

FANTASTIC. At first I was apprehensive to go to any nail salons- but boy am I glad I finally sucked it up and made an appointment here. Initially I went in for a full set and shellac polish and was amazed at the quality they turned out to be. Tony made sure they were all even length and thickness (nobody likes a bulky nail) and was precise with every step of the process. I am now so addicted to the quality, service, colors, and amazing design options/advice that I’ve been returning weekly for more!!! For anyone who may be struggling to settle on a salon, is looking to try something new, or is just wanting a treat-yo-self mani/pedi… you’ll want to make yourself an appointment at Inails!! Amazing service in a clean and friendly environment. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been to this salon numerous times (under both old and new management), always for a pedi. The pricing is reasonable and I like that they offer three pedis to choose from based on your desired level of pampering. I’ve always walked away with a beautiful pedi that lasts for weeks. The people who work there are always very nice and do a great job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon is clean and the music is pleasant.

If I could give zero stars I would. As soon as I walked in to the establishment I felt very uncomfortable. But I figured I would give them a chance. Besides the unsanitary look of the tubs, visibly noticing the tools or files had not been sanitized, there were no licenses shown, I was becoming more and more reluctant. My polish was taken off and the first nail goes to be trimmed when my toe was cut extremely bad. I will never return to such a disgraceful place, they need to be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE WHAT SO EVER!
