The workers talk too much when giving manicures and pedicures and seem to laugh at customers. They made fun of my grandma behind her back, mocking her openly as they thought I could not understand what they were saying. One worker even ate fried chicken in front of us and another slept on the couch—very unprofessional. The prices are fair, but the environment is uncomfortable and annoying because of all the loud conversations and unkind laughter.
