My daughter paid $40 for dipped nails that were supposed to last 3-5 weeks. After 2 days she got a crack in them. She went in by herself to get it fixed because $40 is a lot of money for nails, especially when you’re a 17-year-old who works hard for minimum wage, and the lady who did her nails couldn’t have been more rude. She was aggressive and rough with my daughter and didn’t even clean her sloppy re-work and told her “you can leave now” when she finished.

Small place with minimal choice of products…. They did not wash their hands between clients! I asked when I could wash my hands during the process as other salons do…. He kept going on…. Ignoring my wishes. He put a small amount of lotion on my one hand and skipped the other! He put it on over the powdered mess left on my fingers without allowing me to wash my hands. I also asked that the nail application not be thick. I always get two layers everywhere else…he insisted on 3. He said he would sand it down. He left it so thick at the cuticle and got it on the cuticle, so that when it grows out, it will partially lift and my hair strands will get stuck in there when I style my hair! He left humps at the nail cuticle base…so it will grow out with a hump. I asked him to file with a thinner Emory board when he did the side filing…. Used a wide board roughly instead. The place is gross and stressful. One girl started my session… then left because she was tired lol. Another guy stepped in without asking me what I wanted. Also, they provide minimal samples…. TWICE, THEY DID NOT MATCH EITHER COLOR OF THE SAMPLE!!!! Stuck with the mistake UNTIL IT GROWS OUT ENOUGH TO DO ELSEWHERE AGAIN!

I have been going to I Nails for a quite a few years now. They never disappoint. All the techs are simply amazing. Very clean salon. Very friendly and very clean. I highly recommend this place. They are quick but very efficient. Love getting different things done on my nails.Give them a try

I waited until my 2nd pedicure to write a review of this nail salon. I really like this place and the staff. It is a very, very low key atmosphere – – which I like. I’ve had pedicures by 2 different people and found both to be done very well. They do not rush through the cuticle cleaning and nail filing so they achieve a really professional look when finished. The massage chairs are comfortable and good quality. There are 2 smaller chairs for children to get a pedicure. The salon is very clean, generally quiet, well lit with friendly employees. The English language skills are excellent if that is a concern for you, not a big deal for me but I did notice that they were fluent. You will get quality services in a simple setting from nice staff at a fair price. All around good experience.

Life savers! Fit me in without appt on a Saturday! Great work. Clean and kind staff who was focused and polite. Cindy was so nice and I love the no chip she did for me. I had very sensitive and damaged nails and she took the time to carefully fix and shape them with out using the drill that hurts me and is a short cut most places use.

Excellent service. Came in to get one nail repaired. Technician was able to match the colors exactly. This was a feat because I had “pink powder on white”. The nude color matched exactly and the design was very well done.

Pedicure and manicure kits are autoclaved, never a long wait, smiling happy faces, quiet and relaxing. I have been so happy with James doing my pedicures, that I actually have them done more regularly.
