I came into the place two days again and made an appt for 530 pm today. I am currently being ignored by the front desk woman and two people have been taken back after showing up after me. I traveled 45 minutes to come to this place because of a previous great experience with Maria the woman who did my eyebrows. However, not only do I plan to walk out of here in a few minutes without my nails or feet done but I’ve wasted my valuable time and gas money. Don’t be fooled by the smiles! I should’ve known better they won’t even answer the phone when you call the place! Extremely disappointed as I made this appointment prior to travel and now my nails won’t be done. Thank you for nothing iNails and you’ve lost a well tipping and paying customer in me.

I was a walk-in for a “fill” but Bebe noticed that all my nails were lifting and asked if she could remove them and start over. I said yes and I’m so glad I did. My nails look the best they have ever looked. While I was there I decided the get a pedicure and eyebrow waxing as well. The pedicure was fabulous and the waxing was quick and painless. I feel like a new woman. Thank you Inails! I will definitely be back!

Don’t come here if you want your nails done. The prices never are what they say they are, they told me my nails would be $45 and later told me it would be $50 because of the length. Mind you, my nails were not even long, they were the same length I always got and they never charged me for length before. They don’t care about the quality of work they do on your nails. They are very rude and pushy. She cut me twice with the nail file and then got mad at me. They respond with aggression when you ask them simple questions. My nails only lasted 1 week after getting them done here. I went here multiple times and they have never changed their behavior. After my last experience, I will not be coming back again. Don’t waste your time and money here. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place got shut down, the equipment they use is filthy. P.S. don’t buy the gel nails. They’re not real gel nails, they’re acrylic nails. They just put gel polish on them and charge an extra $10.

Woman was rude that started my nails. The man that finished my nails was very sweet. Paid $80 plus an additional $10 tip, and my nails started popping off in 4 days. Continuously glueing the nails back on.
