I would never ever patronize this place again. Anything racial profile you as soon as you walk in the door. I went to go get a teal pedicure I arrived at 10:28 AM at 11:37 AM I was told they could not do a gel pedicure for me they could just do regular polish and a gentleman was it fairly nasty about it. Also when I walked in I was never believe it when a white woman walked in it was all smiles and the readings from the door. They put you never get my money I suggest you ladies of color go elsewhere as well.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! They do such a fantastic job every time. This nail salon was previously owned by someone else but ever since John opened under iNail Spa it’s been fantastic. Everyone is kind & professional, prices are reasonable & it is very CLEAN. They recently upgraded all their furniture & have also installed new luxurious pedicure chairs. Starting in June they will also be wrapping the pedicure tubs which helps keep everything sanitary for each customer something you don’t find elsewhere. John cares about his customers & it is apparent in the constant improvement & quality shown in his salon. I would highly recommend this salon over others in the area!

The spa pedi’s are so good, i get them all year long! The staff is welcoming and professional. They are up to date on styles, colors and techniques. The salon is always fresh and clean, they have new chairs and equipment. Vinny, Kelly and the whole staff are just great!

I’ve been here several times hoping it would become my regular spot. But they’ve made several mistakes that prevent me from coming back. For one, they don’t take any cards but Visa or MasterCard, and they don’t accept tips on the card, cash only. They have a sign now, but they didn’t before. Many of their colors look nothing like they do on the sample, and I learned that the hard way as well. The “marble” polish looks like crappy confetti polish, even with several layers. They were pretty rude when I pointed out it looked totally different. One time they mixed up their gel and regular polish. They thought they applied gel and even used the lights, but it was regular polish, so it didn’t dry I had to waste nearly another hour getting the manicure over with the correct polish. I wanted to like this place, but I won’t be returning.

I’ve been there twice and the first time was okay I had a guy and he did my pedicure it turned out good. I went there today to get gel nails and the lady I had was rude! She kept checking her phone like she would stop painting my nails so she can text, she never pushed back my cuticles or really cleaned up my nails and she missed some spots on my nails too. I’ll definitely not go there anymore

The man on the phone name a distasteful joke about my name when I tried making an appointment. Not sure why he felt so comfortable doing that but definitely unprofessional, wouldn’t spend a dime here.
