SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED… I showed them a picture of what I wanted to do, such an easy and simple design and they said it was $15 extra to do this design. the color I had on my nails before was navy blue and they didn’t even file it all the way off before painting my nails, so when they put clear polish over it and the blue is so visibly seen through the nail it’s AWFUL. My appointment was at 5:30 and they didn’t finish polishing until 7:30 which is their closing time, I then said to be nice that they didn’t have to paraffin wax my hands or give me a massage because i’m sure they want to go home to their families. I then saw the blue part in my nail, and asked for $5 or some sort of store credit because it was absolutely ridiculous, the woman sherry yelled in my face and made me pay $65!!!!!! I will never go here again and wish other people would listen to that too…

Absolutely love this place. All along While I’ve been going here I get a good treatment. And This time I was charged for a treatment that I had been getting included in my visit all along . Also My gf came with and Was told they had a free ATM AND she was Charged a $10 for withdrawing her money. Sketchy and will def be addressing this next visit

I won gift certificates for this nail salon on Thursday October 27th and the owner made the Gift Certificates expire the following Saturday Nov 5. Not only did the owner say that the certificate was for a $15 towards a manicure/pedicure, she gave 3- $5 certificates and you could only use 1 per visit in a week.

They were amazing. I stopped in because my regular place was all booked and I needed my nails done. They took me in for a full set (uv gel) when they closed in 20mins. Not only did they help me right before closing, but a mom and her daughters walked in while they were finishing my nails up, and they accommodated them also. I love the added “perks” of this place. The complementary massage, beverages and snacks are a refreshing change in the world of extra fees. Needless to say, my old place is exactly that; my old place. I’m now a regular at inails.

Just got in town and wife broke one of her nails so we tried to get in to have it fixed only to be told that he was too busy and didn’t have time when they were open for 5 more hrs. Nice customer service to someone who use to live here and was excited to be back and this was our first stop.

She filed them to perfection, gave a great back and head massage, checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy- it truly was the best manicure I have ever had. They also gave my mother and I complimentary lotion for the holiday season, and because we had to wait a little when we arrived we were offered a discount on our next visit.Other nail salons in the area should take notes on how this nail salon runs their business.
