I moved to St. John’s in November, I immediately had to look for a hair stylist, I have been through several and found “the one” in Cecily. She did a fantastic job. I normally have trouble with my hair turning orange while getting highlights, she understood that and my hair came out perfect. We talked before she did anything about what I was looking for. She did a fabulous job, and guess what? It was reasonably priced. I will continue to call upon her for appointments and I would recommend.
