Critical: QualityMy father took my daughter (6) to get her hair TRIMMED on Friday. My father took my daughter (6) to get her hair TRIMMED on Friday. She came back with not only bangs across her forehead which specifically we told them not to do, but they missed a ton of pieces!! &her “layers” (I’m assuming that’s what they were going for) just looked like different lengths of chopped up hair. Kayla has been doing my hair for over a decade. I ended up getting a job 3.5 hours away and i still make that drive to get kayla to do my hair. She is amazing!!!! Melissa did my hair for my wedding that i still get comments on!!!!

Called the shop across the plaza first.. no open appointments. I then called in town beauty and spoke to Brandon. He worked me and my husband in even though they also do appointments.Outstanding customer service, cut my hair in no time to what I wanted. PLUS it was $35.00 less for both of us from the shop across the plaza. Will be a frequent customer!
