I scheduled a last min 60 min float. I’ve never experienced float therapy before and wanted to try it out. What a wonderful experience!! I was so relaxed after. I was able to reach a deep level of meditation and relaxation that I haven’t been able to do on my own. I will be scheduling a 90min float next time. Bruce is amazing and I wish he was at another spa. However, you’re welcomed into the lobby with sad plants and several 50 pound bags of epsom salt piled up. The owner has no customer service skills, she isn’t even aware of what is on her own website, and HAS CAMERAS IN THE MASSAGE ROOMS! She refused to give me her license number through email and when she finally did, she texted me…which is not how we have communicated before. Great massage from Bruce, but absolutely bizarre experience-especially the CAMERAS IN THE MASSAGE ROOMS.

To begin with, it took about 10 phone calls to schedule and finalize everything to make the appointment. I called 3 weeks ago, and their first avaliable was 3 weeks away. The receptionist seemed very confused and changed information everytime we spoke. I asked multiple times to speak with her manager or boss and she refused to let that happen. I was scheduling a couples massage for my husband and myself with 15 minute add on for each of us, and they charged an additional $10 to be in the same room. I had a prenatal massage with a 15 minute scalp massage added on and he had a relaxation massage with 15 minute hot stone treatment added on. I had to remind the receptionist to schedule the add on’s multiple times, and then she tried to charge me more for getting a prenatal massage rather than relaxation “because it’s a couples massage” but on their website they cost the same. Finally the day before, she seemed to have everything scheduled correctly and ready to go, but she “forgot” that I requested two female masseuses and scheduled my husband with a male masseuse… I told her he wouldn’t have that, and I would honestly be very uncomfortable to have a male masseuse, and her only solution was to just cancel our appointment. I would have rescheduled, but I’m 39 weeks pregnant and their next avaliable would be after our birth. We go in for our appointment, and it was the worst massages we’ve ever experienced. My prenatal massage consisted of a 1 hour, painful back rub. He didn’t even run my arms, legs or feet. My husband said his massage was just as unpleasant. We left hurting worse than when we came in. Then at the end of the massage they told us to get dressed and have a nice day, didn’t do the hot stones or scalp massage we’d scheduled. So we go back to reception and I let her know that we didn’t receive the add ons we asked for and she said “did you ask for it?” I told her I tried to schedule it with her multiple times and confirmed it before we went back, I shouldn’t have to remind them to do their job. Then she didn’t want to give me the $30 I paid for the add ons and asked if I wanted to just put it as a tip. NO! She gave me a very hard time about giving us the money back for services we didnt even recieve. Worst experienced I’ve ever had at a spa, would NOT recommend.
