Made an appointment for 330, was told to be 15 min early. Was waiting for 25 min with no one in sight. Was told that someone left and they couldn’t help me. By far worst experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for wasting my time! Definitely will NEVER be back and will make sure I tell all my friends/family about this! 🙂

I have been a client of Barbara (the owner) for over 25 years. I am a retired auto mechanic and I credit regular massages with eliminating aches and pains as they occur. She fixed my Tennis Elbow AND Golf Elbow when it was painful to work (and even drink a cup of coffee!). Barbara has very high standards for her facility and its CLEANLINESS as well as for the SAFETY of her staff and clients. In EMERGENCIES – I have had massages with a number of her fellow therapists over the years and have always left In Touch feeling much better than I did when I entered!

I’ve been here four times and this place is wonderful! The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m a larger person and was very self-conscious. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the steam shower and the 1.5 hour massage. Absolutely amazing every time!

Nikki was very accommodating and friendly. It was also easy to get an appointment within a few days due to the hours of operation. The massage and steam were exactly what I needed. It didn’t feel rushed and it was reasonably priced for the value. I highly recommend In Touch and Nikki.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf you look at the positive comments they are from years ago..I wasn’t going to write a review so I sent the owner anemail.No response..My “therapist”was not professional and not at all interested in hearing what I needed.. It was lazy and inexperianced or she just didn’t care …unfortunate as I have had good experiences in the past.Thought maybe the owner would have communicated back to me.. Very peaceful place. I had a great massage and a wonderful massage therapist. They have moved and the address is not correct when you look it up on Google Maps or their website. Their address is: 58 Parkland Plaza Ann Arbor Michigan.

Been here multiple times. I’ve tried a number of massage businesses in town but keep coming back to this one. They also have a steam room or hot sauna you can use before your massage which makes it better. Definitely recommend giving this one a try.
