Terrible experience for my 17 year old daughter on 9/14/22. The hair stylist, Ginger, was extremely rude to my daughter, driving her to tears. She also gossiped about former employees which is unprofessional. She was bossy and told my daughter several times how damaged her hair was. She charged us $347! She jerked my daughters head with her hands and said “How many times do I have to tell you to keep your head still”. My daughter is the sweetest, kindest soul. This is appalling, as your organization is supposed to service your patrons with kindness and professionalism and make them feel pampered and cared for.

My first time back in an Aveda salon since moving from Seattle and it did not disappoint! I saw Paige for all over color and she listened to my needs, was very sweet and gave an amazing scalp and hand massage! Front desk staff was very warm and professional as well! Of course with all Aveda places, I’ll be dreaming of the smell of their products all week Can’t wait to come back!
